The most recent PSA mission in Club Penguin, CP Mission 11, is here at last. The latest mission picks up right where Mission 10 ended. Herbert is still at large and causing problems for everyone on Club Penguin. You can start the mission by visiting HQ and selecting it from the Mission list.
If you get stuck, here is a step-by-step guide.
- Use your spy phone to head to the PSA HQ and start Mission 11 by clicking on the icon in the lower-right corner.
- Speak with G. He asks you about some seeds. Choose any answer you like because the first set of choices are all wrong answers! He’ll ask you again and this time pick corn seeds as the answer.
- Use your map or your spy phone to go to Town. Then go inside the Gift Shop.
- Click on Rookie to talk with him. When you’re finished talking to Rookie, click on the corn kernels that are down on the ground.
- Now move over to the office door and click on it to go upstairs.
- Once you are upstairs, Jet Pack Guy will be standing to the right of the desk. Click on him to talk.
- There are some more corn kernels here, lying underneath the desk. Take these corn kernels too.
- Your spy phone will ring. Answer it and you’ll get an important message from G.
- Midway through the call, your spy phone stops working. You’ll need to get back to HQ but you can’t use the spy phone to teleport. You’ll have to use the secret entrance instead.
- Now head over to the Ski Village and click on the door of the Winter Sports Shop to go inside. Click on the dressing room curtain on the right to reveal he secret entrance into PSA HQ.
- Talk with Gary the Gadget Guy. Herbert appears on the video screens and joins the conversation.
- Next, head back outside to the ski village and you’ll see a group of penguins sitting around a projection system.
- Talk to Rookie and then click on the brown penguin to hear why he is crying.
- Head to the Beach and then click on the lighthouse door to go inside. You’ll spot a disc lying underneath the piano. Pick up the disc from the ground.
- There’s a spray bottle and cloth nearby. Click on them to pick them up.
- Take the spray bottle and click on the DVD in your inventory. Spray a few times until you get a message about it being enough. Then click on the cloth and wipe the DVD a few times until you get a message that the DVD is completely clean.
- There’s an extra credit part here. This is what we need to do to get the special prize. We’re going to fix the poor brown penguin’s glasses.
- Pick up the empty tin can lying on the floor (scroll to the left to see it). Take it outside to the beach and then fill it with water (click on the can in your inventory and then click on the water.)
- Return to PSA HQ through the secret entrance in the Winter Sport shot and then enter the Gadget Room.
- Put the can with water in it on top of the conveyer belt. Click the lever to move it inside the chamber. Once it’s inside, press the snowflake button. Then click on the lever one more time to move it out of the chamber. It will tip over and an ice cube will fall out.
- Click on the ice cube and put it into your inventory.
- Head back to the Beach using your map. Next, go inside the lighthouse and then click on the stairs to head up to the roof.
- You’ll see an orange penguin in a construction hat here working on the telescope. Click on him to hear what he needs help with. Give him the ice cube and then pick up the spare lens on the ground.
- Return to the Ski Village and give the spare lens to the brown penguin. He’ll use it to fix his glasses.
- And now we’re ready to get back to our missions. Click on the DVD player and put the DVD inside (click on the open/close button, then place the DVD in the tray and press the open/close button again.) It will start playing automatically.
- Speak with Rookie and he’ll talk about the special box that is attached to the movie projector. This is how Herbert is broadcasting his message. Click on the DVD player again and then click on your spy phone. Click on the tools button and select the spanner/wrench. Use the wrench on the box, and it will unscrew the panel so you can get inside.
- Now you will play a game that’s just like the classic game, Master Mind. It’s different for everyone but if you follow the instructions it’s very simple. You need to match the colors so that all four are the right color in the right place. Each light that gets a green circle around it is correct.
- Next click on your map and travel over to the Mine. Then click on the corn field that has appeared in the back to the left of the shack.
- Follow the trail of popcorn on the ground until you arrive at a very large pile of popcorn.
- Look for a small piece of torn notepaper that is lying on the ground. Click on it and put it in your inventory.
- Select the path that leads to the right and continue to follow the footprints in the snow. Pick up the remaining pieces of torn paper as you go and place them on top of the original piece in your inventory. Once you’ve assembled all the pieces, you’ll see an icon appear for the note. Click on it and read it.
- You will also see a small piece of wood lying in the snow. Pick it up and place it in your inventory.
- Now you need to get through the maze. Go back to the pile of popcorn and then navigate the maze using the instructions from the paper you just pieced together. Choose the paths with the watering can, the corn kernels, the fertilizer, the hot sauce and finally the coffee beans.
- Soon you’ll be blocked by a small river. Use the board in your inventory and put it over the river. Next, cross the river over the board.
- Use some of the corn kernels you have saved in your inventory on one of the lit torches up above. The kernels will start to pop and knock the ladder down to where you can reach it. Click on the ladder to climb up.
- Click on Herbert to speak with him. Try to stop him by unplugging the computer.
- Herbert will then send you back to HQ along with the strange device he has built. Click on G to talk with him. Herbert re-appears on screen and his plot is revealed. You’ve got to find a way out!
- There’s an orange book in the middle of a set of colored books on a table nearby. Click on the orange book.
- A cool-looking device will emerge from the bookcase to your right. Click on it and then click on the word Help to get instructions.
- You need to slide the colored pieces around so that the inner ring matches the outer ring.
- Special Agent Dot will appear in the bookcase. Click on her.
- Dot will use a special device to transport you safely out of the building just in the nick of time.
- Dot and Gary talk to you a little bit and Gary takes a phone call from the PSA director.
- After they stop chatting to you, you’ll get your mission rewards. There’s a medal for successfully completing the mission and a special gift from Dot. Congratulations on on finishing the 11th (and maybe last?) mission for the PSA!

It's time once more for the annual Club Penguin Medieval Party. This year's event just commenced and it goes until 5/16. Almost the entire Club Penguin island is decorated with all kinds of cool medieval things. You can find lots of knights, princesses, castles, and more decorations in the Club Penguin buildings such as the coffee shop and the Mine. A popular theme is castles and many of the buildings have been turned into huge ones, like the Ski Lodge and the Lighthouse.
One of the highlights of any party in Club Penguin is the free giveaway. The free giveaway this year is once again the wizard hat. You can find it inside the lighthouse. Just look over on the left and you'll see it sitting on a table. It's the same blue wizard hat that has been given out many times before, and some people might be a little upset that Club Penguin didn't give out a new item this year.
Paid members get something cool: two Knight's Quests The first Knight's Quest is really the exact same one that they had for last year's party, but it has different prizes for people who can finish it. You can get a great set of iron armor for your penguin in the first quest. The second Knight's Quest is a brand new mini-quest for this year's party. The 2nd Knight's Quest takes you into a dangerous cavern where you'll discover a dragon. You have to solve a couple of puzzles and then face the dragon and defeat it. Once you do, you can claim the dragon's treasure. The treasure is a pile of dragon gold that you can place inside your own igloo as furniture. You also get a toy horse that you find along the way and there's also a toothbrush pin in the treasure room.
You should waddle all over the island to see how many of the rooms have been redecorated for the party. I think the best-decorated spot is the Tree Forts in the forest, however nearly all the areas are great for the party. Stop by the snow forts, the night club, and the ice rink to see some really nice Club Penguin party decorations.

Rockhopper, who is a friendly pirate and a red penguin frequently visits Club Penguin by way of regular trips on his ship, the Migrator. Every other month on the island he appears, often as part of a fun event or special occasion that is taking place on the island. He consistently brings Yarr, his red puffle along for the ride. The Migrator always docks at the beach. Rockhopper Island is the source for all the wonderful things he brings with him for gamers. You have to be a paid member to buy or recieve many of the items however he generally has a little something that everyone can get..
It's a good deal of fun to try and figure out when Captain Rockhopper is going to be on the island and exactly how to find him. When he is visiting, he will often show up on a particular server at a time and move around. Players who find him may collect an autographed picture which can be used as a player card background. You can identify Rockhopper, when he shows up, from the rest of the penquins by his long black beard and pirate's hat.
At the top of the lighthouse there is a telescope which permits you to watch the horizon for his vessel The Migrator will start to appear almost weekly before he gets there on the island. In about a week before he is due to appear you are going to be able to see his vessel, the Migrator, on the horizon. A well-known incident in early 2008. Rockhopper's ship struck a huge iceberg and was sunk. When that happened,he took Yar, his puffle, and rowed to the shore in a small rowboat. In an effort to rebuild the ship, Gary organized a special event to help Rockhopper with his ship. Aqua Grabber was the new game that was launched as a result of this particular activityy.If you want to identify Rockhopper when he is on the island, use some fundamental guidelines. Rockhopper is most likely to show up during the times when the the majority of people are playing, such as week-ends. Ask your friends to work with you to find him. Spread out over numerous servers. Utilize a Rockhopper Tracker to find out which server he is on and then go from room to room on which server. Be patient. Often a sound strategy is to pick a favorite server and just await him.

The Club Penguin Clothing Catalog for January 2010 has arrived at the Gift Shop. There are lots of cheats, hidden items, and cool new outfits to check out.
The catalog also has a new page where you can create a customized t-shirt. You customize the shirt by clicking on different color and pattern choices to mix-and-match your favorite custom design. When you're done perfecting your custom t-shirt look, you can buy it for 250 coins. Having a different t-shirt from everyone else is pretty nice.
As always, there are hidden items inside the pages of the catalog. Here is a list of all of them.

There's a lot of stuff going on at the Dojo. There's going to be a brand new game in Club Penguin called the CardJitsu Fire game. This game is going to be a lot like the regular Card-Jitsu game. You can read about some of the parts of the new game on Club Penguin's site. However, a lot of the game is still very secretive.
Club Penguin posted a very short promo video for Card-Jitsu Fire on their web site. The video doesn't reveal much, however there are some important things revealed in the video. Billybob posted a brief update recently on the main blog at Club Penguin. Here is what we know so far.
- It all starts on Tuesday, November 24.
- It all happens in a new area called the Fire Dojo.
- Only members will be able to get into the Fire Dojo.
- Up to four penguins can play at once.
- You can buy Card-Jistu Fire cards at the store and online and you can unlock special cards on the Web game when you buy the packs.

A new clothing catalog for Club Penguin was just released. On the first Friday of each month, the new issue is released and there are some great hidden items and cheats on the pages inside the catalog.
With winter fast approaching, the theme of this month's catalog is winter sports and activities. A lot of old favorites from prior catalogs are back, and there are many new items as well. And you'll be able to spot some secret hidden items, including the Black Bowtie and more.

Every year around Halloween, Club Penguin throws a big Halloween party and this year is no exception. It's very spooky all around the island with lots of great decorations. There's all kinds of fun Halloween activities all over the island too.
Your first stop at the Halloween party should be the plaza, where you can get the free item for everyone at the party. It's a really cute pumpkin antennae. Everyone can get the free item, even non-members.
Another thing that everyone in Club Penguin can do is the Halloween Candy Hunt. Click on the icon in the upper-right to start this fun scavenger hunt. The task is to find the eight pieces of candy, which are secretly hidden in different spots all around the island of Club Penguin|Be sure to read the clues and think about them because they make it really easy to find everything on the scavenger hunt. If you're totally stumped you can read this Halloween Hunt guide or ask some other penguins about where to find the pieces. When you get all the pieces, you can claim a prize. It's a jack-o-lantern background picture.
Members are really lucky and have other cool things they can do. The Haunted House at the mine is a really cool place to go. There's even a free item inside for members only called the Pumkin Head. And there's a secret lab available from inside the cave. There's a special costume catalog inside the lab called the monster maker catalog. You can buy different monster parts and mix and match them. And the coolest part about the lab is that Gary will show up sometimes. When you spot Gary, click on him to get a special player background card.

About the Club Penguin Halloween Party
The Club Penguin Halloween Party is a highly anticipated party held each Autumn on Club Penguin during the week leading up to October 31. The party always has really exciting things like a free item for everyone, special members-only surprises, and the annual Halloween scavenger hunt, where players scour the island trying to find hidden pieces of candy.
This Year's Free Item
This year's free item at the Club Penguin Halloween Party is the Pumpkin Antennae. This headwear item is a simple headband with two pumpkins on top. The pumpkin antennae is a very fun and festive item. You will find the antennae in a large cardboard box over at the Plaza. The item is free for everyone. You don't need to be a member. So waddle on over to the Plaza now to get it!
Haunted House
The Haunted House is a new feature of the Club Penguin Halloween Party, introduced just this year. You'll see the Haunted House where you usually find the Mine and you can get there by using the map or by following the signs you see around the island.
Only members can get inside the haunted house, which has a lot of fun and spooky surprises inside. Have some fun by clicking on many of the different things you see in the house. A lot of them are hiding some pretty cool surprises.
There's also a cool free item for members inside the Haunted House. It's a pumpkin head. Because only members can get inside the Haunted House, this item is a members-only item. It looks pretty crazy!
The Secret Laboratory
Members have access to second special room. It's Gary's secret laboratory, which appeared last year, but in a different location. This year's entrance is hidden inside the cave in the Mine. To get into the lab, first go to the haunted house, but instead of going inside, click on the doors leading inside the mine. Here you'll find a green glowing lantern. Click on it and the wall will open up showing a hidden staircase that leads to the lab.
Inside you'll find some really fun stuff including a monster maker catalog with special mix and match costume items.
This is also the spot where Gary will sometimes make special appearances during the week leading up to Halloween. Keep an eye out for him on crowded servers.
Halloween Scavenger Hunt
One of the most popular parts of the Club Penguin Halloween Party is the annual Halloween Scavenger Hunt. In this fun event, you follow the clues to reveal eight candy pieces secretly hidden in different spots around Club Penguin. Some of them are easy to find, but others can be pretty tough.
When you locate all 8 pieces, you can claim a prize. This year, it's a Jack-O-Lantern background for your player card.

Card-Jitsu in Club Penguin has been out for almost a whole year and Topps, the company that makes the trading cards recently unleashed a new set of Card-Jitsu trading cards as a companion to the online edition of the game. Players of Club Penguin Card-Jitsu know that you can purchase these physical printed cards in retail stores like Target and Best Buy as well as on the Web. When you open up a pack of the trading cards, you get special power cards that unlock virtual editions of the same card in the online game that give you special powers and help you level up a lot faster to earn your black belt and ninja costume faster. There's also a very special and rare card called the Golden Code Card available in some packs.
The most special part of the rare Golden Code card will be that when you unlock it, you will get to immediately advance an entire belt level in the Web game. So if you are currently a brown belt and you use the golden card code, you will automatically turn into a black belt. If you are already a black belt, you can use the card to obtain three very special rare power cards in the Web edition of the game.
The new packs of Card-Jitsu packs are just starting to come out and the Golden Code Cards will only appear in the second edition packs so if you are trying for a Golden Card, make sure you're buying the new packs. They're available in a lot of stores, including Best Buy and Disney and are available for purchase online as well.
